Terms of Service

SDP Network (“we”, “us”) provides a collaboration platform for Skills Development Providers in South Africa. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate profile information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorised to represent any organisation you list on the platform.

Listings & exchanges

Programme listings and exchange requests are between providers. SDP Network does not guarantee outcomes, accreditation validity, or the quality of materials exchanged. You must comply with QCTO, SETA and copyright rules.

Platform access

SDP Network is free during early access. All registered providers can publish programmes, request exchanges, and use the provider directory at no charge.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, misrepresent accreditation, scrape the directory, or harass other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
